When applying a ceramic coating on your vehicle you will
need to ensure it is 100% clean and free from any
contaminants, using a fallout remover such as our reaction
in the wash process will remove ferrous contaminants and
then followed by clay barring all painted surfaces will remove
the remaining contaminants.

Optimus ceramic coating can be now be applied to the paints
surface but for the best results and for maximum durability of
the coating removing swirl marks and minor paint defects is
needed, this can be achieved by using a process called paint
correction or machine polishing.
Now on to the last process before applying the coating, you
will need to finally use a product like our Reset oil and polish
remover, this product will remove any polish residue or oil
from the surface to thoroughly cleanse the paint surface so
the ceramic coating has got an ultra clean surface to bond to
for maximum durability and protection. Note : Applying
ceramic coating is best applied in a garage or dry area at
room temperature out of direct sunlight

Directions For Coating Application
After reading our how to guide please read and follow the
steps below to apply the ceramic coating to your vehicle.
You are now ready to apply Optimus coating to your vehicle.

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wrap a small suede applicator cloth around a foam
applicator supplied in this kit using the black side facing
down

2. Remove the cap from the Optimus Bottle and apply
10-12 small drops across the applicator.

3. Now apply to paint surface, work in small sections
panel by panel larger panels will have to coated in
sections , firstly spread the coating vertically over the
area then horizontally making sure the area is covered,
any excess coating that goes onto trim, glass etc remove
immediatly with a seperate microfibre cloth.

4. After 2-3 minutes remove excess with light pressure
with the supplied microfibre cloth making sure all
residue is removed before starting on the next area

5. Once you have completed the vehicle leave in dry area for 24hrs,
now after the 24hr period use the Recharge Ceramic Spray Sealant,
spray a small amount onto a plush microfibre towel and wipe over
each panel till clear removing any left over residue
Maintenance

Now your vehicle is coated you will be able to maintain your vehicle with your
normal wash methods using only PH neutral shampoo, citrus prewash and
snowfoams. Avoid using strong detergents, Maintained correctly your coating will
last up to 5 years ( caution avoid contact with skin and eyes, refit cap after use
